We Skate LA


Most skateboarders are not vandals or delinquents; they are simply skilled athletes who need a place to practice their craft. They skate in public spaces because there are not enough skate parks in LA neighborhoods. We want to challenge the status quo of how young skaters are seen and how they can work together with older generations to contribute to building healthy, active communities and positive forms of alternative transportation. In short, we want "Less Hate, More Skate!"
