Odds and Ends

There were a few items from this weekend I wanted to highlight. I'll have my final Nevada analysis tomorrow, when it should also be posted to the Washington Independent.

• Remember that horrible study by Jean Twenge about a year ago? The one that said Millennials are all narcissists? Well a number of academics are working on refuting the thesis, and the New York Times has a good article on their efforts and the argument. Anya Kamanetz has more at the Generation Debt Blog.
• At Townhall, a young Republican tells the GOP to get its head out of its ass and start courting young voters.
• Young People For had their annual conference this weekend, and both Wire Tap and Living Liberally have the skinny on it.
• Author, hipster and non-profiteer Dave Eggers wrote about the youth vote in today's edition of the New York Times.
